Had a dead boss stay, la! The staff were dead sound, proper helpful all the time, and the views from the room were just mint! the steep paths around the resort were a bit of a trek, especially after a long day by the pool.

Booked a deluxe villa with the balcony. The staff was TOP-CLASS, amazingly kind, and responded promptly to requests. The location was stunning and good, within walking distance of Lad Koh View Point.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory as expected with decent coffee. Location: the property was near shop in seven eleven, the mountains, and the restaurant which is up-and-down lots of stairs.

The amazing view from my villa was fine. I enjoyed having a private pool. Breakfast offered a delicious selection, but I recommend going early to avoid limited choices later on. Renting a scooter from the hotel made exploring the area convenient. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Accessing the beach was a challenge due to the cliffs, requiring either a 10-minute walk or a taxi ride. The hotel could benefit from some maintenance in common areas, as they felt a bit worn down. The setting is beautiful, but the steep paths might not be for everyone.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Good sea view from mountain. Super SPA!!! A lot of green plants. Good and big 2 pools, especialy down pool with seaview. All time birds are singing. Hotel after reconstruction- good result! Big plus- rent a motobike in hotel. Breakfast is good. Staff very friendly. We stay 8 days- all is ok! We are recomend this hotel for relax holiday. Alexey and Svetlana Russia
Air condition is very old. You must knew- if you put down key inside electric slot, need wait 15-20 min before start air condition. If you start air condition immediatly- it will be broken!

The location of the resort is fab, with amazing sea views from the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially janhbi at the reception! Enjoyed the spacious pools and the terrace jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Breakfast had a decent selection, though not too many options.

The private pool on the balcony was a nice touch for a relaxing afternoon, and the rooms offered solid space with comforting beds. The infinity pools provided an excellent spot to unwind while enjoying the scenery.
Location-wise, you're stuck relying on taxis to get to town since there's no proper pavement leading to Lamai or Chaweng, which can rack up your transportation costs. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with reports of mold and ongoing maintenance issues, and some guests experienced pest concerns in their rooms. The breakfast service varied, with inconsistency in taking orders, and overall, the hotel had an outdated feel that seemed to need a solid refresh.
